MOUNT OF PRAYER

The Mount of Prayer was established in obedience to a direct instruction from the Lord to purchase land, creating a sacred space where the rising generation can find solitude and develop their ability to hear God, echoing Samuel’s experience.

Like Eli guided Samuel, we must encourage our youth to listen to the Holy Spirit’s whispers and teach them attentiveness. When Eli realized the Lord was calling Samuel, he instructed him, “Go and lie down. If he calls you, say, ‘Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.’” Samuel obeyed and lay down in his place.

We have unwavering faith in future generations. Throughout history, God has consistently spoken to and entrusted younger generations to lead and achieve new heights. And history will echo itself once more.

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he [Jesus] went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there he prayed.-Mark 1:35
